A range graded proportional circle map is very
similar to the continuously variable proportional circle map except the circle
is actually represented by numerical data in the form of a range. This range graded
proportional circle map shows the rate of motor vehicle deaths. This map shows
that in the southern part of California there is a large amount of motor
vehicle deaths, and in the north the amount of accidents are a lost less.
However, the measurement is done per county and the counties in the south are a
lot larger than in the north so the amount of accidents may be between
represented showing square miles instead of counties.
